Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Conflex S.r.l. provides the following information about the personal data collected through this website.

Data collected and purposes

Through the contact form we collect name, e-mail address, subject and message. This data is used solely to answer your request and for any technical or commercial follow-up. To verify the address you provide we send a six-digit confirmation code: the code is kept in memory for ten minutes only and is never stored permanently.

For security and diagnostic purposes, the web server logs record the IP address, the date and time of the request and the page requested.

Legal basis

Processing is based on responding to the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and on the legitimate interest of the controller in the security of its systems (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, where a business relationship follows, for its duration and the subsequent statutory periods. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of twelve months.

Recipients

Data is processed by authorised staff of Conflex S.r.l. and by IT service providers acting as data processors (in particular the Microsoft 365 e-mail service and the hosting provider). Data is never disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Transfers outside the EU

Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area: in that case the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@conflexabrasivi.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
